They first mechanically remove the aluminum frame and junction box, then use pyrolysis to decompose the EVA film, separating the glass from the silicon cells. Advanced crushing and sorting systems utilize eddy current and optical sorting technologies to precisely separate high-purity glass, metal, and silicon materials. The entire system achieves a material recovery rate exceeding 95%, with the purity of precious metals such as silver and copper reaching 99%, far exceeding traditional recycling methods.

Recycled materials possess significant economic value: from every ton of discarded photovoltaic panels, 650 kg of glass, 100 kg of aluminum frames, 20 kg of silicon powder, and 0.5 kg of precious metal silver can be extracted. Based on current market prices, processing each ton of materials generates €300-500 in revenue. With the continued rise in prices of precious metals like silver and the improvement of recycled material certification systems, photovoltaic panel recycling is transforming from a cost center into a profitable business, attracting a growing number of companies to invest in this emerging market.

PV panel recycling not only creates economic value but also offers significant environmental benefits: Compared to primary mining, recycled aluminum production saves 95% of energy, and recycled glass saves 30% of energy. Every ton of recycled photovoltaic panels reduces carbon emissions by 1.5 tons and conserves 2 tons of mineral resources. This "urban mining" model alleviates resource shortages while avoiding the risk of heavy metal pollution, truly achieving sustainable development throughout the entire life cycle of the new energy industry, from "green power generation" to "green recycling."
