CORE PRINCIPLES:
Vortex Melting Technology
A high-temperature graphite pump introduces molten aluminum from the heating chamber into the melting chamber, creating a high-speed vortex. This allows aluminum scrap to be "washed" and melted through immersion, avoiding direct contact with high-temperature flames.
Regenerative Heat Recovery
It utilizes regenerative burners to recycle waste heat from exhaust gases. This process significantly raises the temperature of the combustion air, maximizing the furnace's overall thermal efficiency.
Double-Chamber Circulation
The double-chamber design (Melting & Charging) optimizes heat distribution. Combined with strong gas circulation, it ensures uniform furnace temperature and prevents localized overheating or overburning of the metal.
