Core Recycling Process

Specialized recycling machines decompose packaging through a three-step process: crushing, hydraulic pulping, and centrifugal separation. Paper pulp is made into recycled paper, plastic is granulated for use in building materials, and aluminum foil is melted into aluminum ingots. The entire process utilizes a closed-loop water treatment system. Each unit can process 15-20 tons of water daily, achieving a material recovery rate exceeding 95%, an eightfold improvement over traditional methods.

Recycled pulp is valued at approximately 4,000 yuan per ton, and aluminum ingots at 15,000 yuan per ton.
