The whole set of equipment adopts intelligent control, which can realize automatic continuous operation, and the processing capacity can reach 200-1000kg/hour.
The photovoltaic panel recycling process is divided into five key steps: first, manual pre-inspection and classification; then, the glass and backboard are separated by pyrolysis or mechanical means; then fine crushing; then a variety of sorting technologies are used to extract valuable materials such as silicon, silver, and copper; finally, various materials are packaged and processed. The whole process can achieve a material recycling rate of more than 95%.
After professional recycling, each ton of photovoltaic panels can obtain about 700 kg of glass, 100 kg of aluminum frame, 15 kg of silicon material and about 2 kg of silver and copper. These recycled materials can be directly used to manufacture new photovoltaic panels or other industrial products to achieve efficient recycling of resources. The extracted rare metals are of particular value and are an important source of recycling economic benefits.
Photovoltaic panel recycling has multiple important meanings: environmental protection can avoid heavy metal pollution and protect the ecological environment; economically, it can create a new industrial chain. It is estimated that by 2030, the global photovoltaic recycling market size will exceed 15 billion US dollars; resources can ease the pressure on raw material supply and promote sustainable development.
