Tire Granule Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process consists of four key steps: first, pretreatment removes impurities from the tire surface; then, a primary crusher cuts the tire into small pieces; then, a magnetic separator separates the wire and fiber; and finally, a fine crushing and screening plant grinds the rubber into granules of 3-10mm. The granules are then sorted and packaged according to specifications to ensure they meet various industry standards.
