The PVB interlayer typically has a thickness of 0.38-1.52mm and accounts for 3-5% of the total glass weight. The intelligent laminated glass separation system consists of a preheating device, a precision cutting machine, a thermal decomposition unit, and a material sorting module. Its innovative process includes: glass pretreatment → precise temperature-controlled heating (180-220°C) → PVB film softening and separation → automatic material sorting. Professional recycling yields high-purity glass granules and intact PVB film. The glass can be directly used in new glass manufacturing, while the PVB film can be processed for applications such as road markings.
